At Bath ASU we regularly review our products and service offerings with the wish to provide the best possible support to our customers.

This review covers all areas of our business from the initial order enquiry, placing the order, receipt of goods and invoice payment. It is in the latter that we have identified an improvement.

On 30th April 2025, the MHRA approved the use of a new under the skin injection version (subcutaneous) of Nivolumab on 30th April 2025.

The subcutaneous formulation of nivolumab can be given as a 3–5-minute injection instead of the 30- or 60-minute intravenous (IV) infusion. This will allow up- to 1000 hours per month of treatment time to be freed up relieving the pressure on stretched cancer day units and aseptic units.

We are constantly reviewing all stages of our manufacturing and delivery processes to ensure we are making improvements towards these aims.

As a part of this review, our delivery packaging has been identified as an area for improvement.
